Haworthia Nigra is also commonly known as the ‘Black Haworthia’. The plant is ideal for most type of groweres that are looking for a succulent that is easy to grow in most enviroments. As the plant matures expect it to reach up to 10 cm (4″) tall. The main characteristics of the succulent are the fleshy green triangular shaped leaves that grow in three directions. Expect the bottom half of the leaves to feel slightly bumpy to the touch but this quality is also one of the main featuers that make this plant stand out. When the plant begins to flower expect them to become white and small, appearing during summer.
